2 night 3 days corporate group tour with conference

Day 1 (11-11-2024): Once the guests reach Gangtok, check into your hotel, your Hotel's Team will welcome them with welcome drinks and our cultural Khada. After freshening up from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Please provide them lunch. Lunch Menu- Rice, Mixed Veg , Dal , Panner butter Masala,1 Fish Item and 1 Chicken Item.Papad, Salad , 1 Desert.( Sweets) After completing lunch, they will relax in your hotel room, At evening 7:00 PM To 9:00 PM their evening activities will be DJ Music and Dance....

Between this activity kindly serve them snacks items for 90 Minutes. Snacks Menu- 1 Veg Pakoda, 1 Non Veg Pakoda and Salad After the program they will head out for dinner Dinner Menu- Assorted Indian Bread , ( Roti or Chapathi) , Rice , 1 Chicken Item, 1 Fish Item and 1 Paneer Item , Mixed Veg, Dal , Salad , Papad and 1 Desert Sweets. DAY 2 (12-11-2024) - Early morning your team will serve them the breakfast from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM Breakfast Menu - Bread Omlette, Toast, Fruit Salad, Cornflakes, IDLI , Dhosa , Alu Paratha, Panner Paratha or Chola Bhature. On this day, After visiting MG Marg they will Return back to the Hotel at 8:30 PM, from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM please arrange bornfire and Chicken Barbeque. By 10:00 PM they will proceed for dinner. Dinner Menu- Rice, Mixed Veg , Dal , Panner butter Masala,1 Fish Item and 1 Chicken Item.Papad, Salad , 1 Desert.( Sweets) Day 03 (13-11-2024)- Early morning your team will serve you breakfast from 8:30 to 9:30 Breakfast Menu - Bread Omlette, Toast, Fruit Salad, Cornflakes, IDLI , Dhosa , Alu Paratha, Panner Paratha or Chola Bhature. After breakfast, they will check out from the hotel and proceed to the Conference Hall for a conference meeting. From 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. After the meeting,they will proceed for Lunch. Lunch Menu - Rice, Mixed Veg , Dal , Panner butter Masala,1 Fish Item and 1 Chicken Item.Papad, Salad , 1 Desert.( Sweets).
